Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage
- EYESEC provides valid shipping service across Indonesia and most legal regions worldwide. All orders will be shipped from matched warehouse according to your delivery address.
- Remote areas, restricted areas and shipping-prohibited areas are not available for delivery. Please confirm your address before placing orders.
2. Shipping Fee Rule
- All retail orders within Indonesia enjoy free shipping with no minimum order amount required.
- Standard fixed shipping fee will be charged for all other international regions, final freight is shown on checkout page.
- Bulk wholesale orders can contact customer service to get exclusive logistics discount.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Orders will be sorted, inspected and arranged for shipment within 2 to 3 working days after successful payment.
- Domestic Indonesia order: 1-3 working days for Jakarta and surrounding areas, 3-7 working days for other Indonesian cities.
- Orders to other countries: estimated delivery time is 7-14 working days, subject to customs clearance and local local delivery efficiency.
- Shipping time will be delayed properly during holidays, big sales events, warehouse stocktaking and bad weather.
4. Shipment Tracking
- Tracking number will be sent to your registered email and system message once your order is dispatched.
- You can check real-time delivery status on official courier website or our official store page.
- Feel free to contact our support team if there is no logistics update for a long time.
5. Receiving Instructions
- Please keep your phone available and check package appearance, product quantity and integrity before signing for receipt.
- If you receive damaged package, missing goods or wrong items, please take photos as proof and contact customer service immediately.
- Once you sign off without any objection, we will not accept after-sales claim for outer damage caused by logistics.
- All round-trip shipping cost will be borne by buyer if goods are returned due to wrong address, unavailable receiver and delivery failure.
6. Customs & Tax Notice
- All customs duty, import tax and clearance service fee incurred by shipments to other countries shall be paid by the recipient.
- Buyers shall actively provide required documents for customs clearance. Any detention or return caused by incomplete information shall be taken charge by buyer.
7. Logistics Exemption Clause
- We will not be liable for delivery delay, goods detention and potential loss caused by force majeure including natural disaster, traffic suspension, customs policy change and epidemic control. We will only assist you to follow up the issue.
- Slight outer package wear and normal extrusion mark during transportation do not belong to product quality problem, unreasonable rejection and return are not acceptable.
