Welcome to the official website and online store of EYESEC. Before browsing products, placing orders and using all services on this site, please carefully read all the following Terms of Service. By accessing our website and purchasing products, you fully acknowledge, understand and agree to be bound by all contents of these terms.

1. Platform Service Rules


  1. This website is operated and managed by EYESEC brand, providing security cameras, related accessories display, online consultation, product sales, logistics delivery and complete after-sales support.
  2. We reserve the right to reasonably adjust website layout, product information, promotion rules and service functions without prior separate notice, and all updated rules take effect immediately after release.
  3. We shall not be liable for temporary website inaccessibility, system lag and order failure caused by network failure, system maintenance and other uncontrollable factors.

2. Account Registration Rules


  1. Users shall submit true, accurate and complete personal or enterprise information during account registration. False identity registration is strictly prohibited.
  2. Users shall take full responsibility for keeping account passwords safely. All risks and losses caused by password leakage and account sharing shall be borne by users themselves.
  3. Any malicious order brushing, bad comment abuse, bulk hoarding and behaviors disturbing normal transaction order are forbidden. We have the right to freeze accounts and cancel relevant orders.

3. Product & Price Statement


  1. All product pictures, parameters, functions and descriptions on the website are for reference only. Slight color difference and minor appearance difference do not belong to product quality problems, the actual goods shall prevail.
  2. All marked prices are official selling prices including relevant taxes. Activities, coupons and limited discounts are only valid within the specified period and cannot be used retroactively.
  3. We can adjust product prices reasonably according to market cost and operation situation without notifying unordered users one by one.

4. Order & Transaction Rules


  1. Users shall confirm product style, quantity and delivery address before submitting orders, and complete payment to confirm valid orders.
  2. Users can contact customer service to modify order information before goods delivery. No modification is allowed once the goods are shipped out.
  3. We have the right to cancel abnormal bulk orders, invalid address orders and suspicious transactions and refund all payments in original way.
  4. After order delivery, logistics delivery time and routes are controlled by logistics providers. We only provide inquiry assistance and do not take responsibility for logistics delay.

5. Payment Rules


  1. We support all mainstream legal online payment methods. Users shall ensure their payment accounts are in normal status.
  2. All transfer fees shall be subject to the official rules of payment platforms, no hidden charges or forced consumption exist on our platform.
  3. Enterprise bulk wholesale orders can negotiate customized payment terms with official customer service, retail orders only support instant online payment.

6. Delivery & Shipment Rules


  1. Orders from Indonesia local warehouse will be delivered preferentially. All valid orders will be arranged for delivery within 2 to 3 working days after successful payment.
  2. If goods are returned due to wrong address, failed delivery and user unreachable, all round-trip logistics costs shall be undertaken by buyers.
  3. Delivery scope and freight standards of remote areas are subject to the latest official announcement.

7. After-sales & Warranty Policy


  1. All official retail main units enjoy 1-year global official warranty, and supporting adapters and data cables enjoy 6-month basic warranty, which only covers original factory quality defects.
  2. Damage caused by artificial breaking, water ingress, private disassembly, wrong installation and normal wear and tear are not covered by free warranty, paid maintenance service is available.
  3. All return and exchange applications must comply with our official return policy. Applications beyond valid time limit will not be accepted.

8. User Conduct Restrictions


  1. Users are forbidden to publish illegal, violent, malicious slander and infringing remarks in comment areas and consultation channels.
  2. Unauthorized use of our official product images, copywriting, brand logos and promotional materials for commercial infringement and counterfeit sales is strictly prohibited, and we will pursue legal liabilities.
  3. Any illegal business behavior using our platform services is not allowed, we will terminate all cooperation and report to relevant departments.

9. Disclaimer


  1. Both parties are free from liability for contract breach caused by force majeure including natural disasters, epidemic control, traffic restriction and policy adjustment.
  2. All safety risks and losses caused by self-installation and incorrect operation of products shall be borne by users independently.
  3. We only sell genuine brand products and shall not be responsible for indirect economic losses caused by product usage.

10. Terms Revision & Dispute Settlement


  1. EYESEC reserves the right to revise and supplement these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately after being published on the website. Continuous use of website services means acceptance of new rules.
  2. All transaction disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled by relevant institutions where the brand is operated.
  3. If you disagree with any clause of these terms, please stop using all shopping and website services immediately.
